Mexican & Nicaraguan

Roasted up some Mexican (background) and Nicaraguan (foreground) beans. Both started as 16oz batches. The Mexican roasted down to 13oz and the Nicaraguan down to 13.5oz. interestingly, the Mexican created slightly more volume, and I raised it a bit longer. Presumably, I roasted out more of the moisture also causing the beans to expand in side a little more.
